In 2023, I was appointed President of the European branch of World Taekwondo Moodukkwan on June 23, 2025,

after having served as President of the French branch of World Taekwondo Moodukkwan in 2023.

I will do my best here to provide even a small amount of assistance to all those practicing Taekwondo in Europe.

Before 1978, there were ten Taekwondo schools, including Moodukkwan, Cheongdokwan, Odokwan, Jeongdokwan, Jidokwan, Songmookwan, Changmookwan, Hanmookwan, Kangdeokwon, and Kwonbeopbu.

They were integrated into Kukkiwon after 1978.

In the 2000,

Taekwondo began to resemble fencing with the feet, instead of its original form. Following various problems with Kukkiwon, "10 schools will resume operations."

That's why I also made history as President of the European branch of World Taekwondo Moodukkwan. Above all, I want to contribute to the development of adults who are stagnating due to the development of Taekwondo as a competitive sport.

 

En 2023, j'ai été nommé président de la branche européenne du World Taekwondo Moodeokkwan le 2023 juin 2025,

après avoir été président de la branche française du World Taekwondo Moodukkwan en 2023. 

Je ferai de mon mieux ici pour apporter même une petite aide à tous ceux qui pratiquent le Taekwondo en Europe. 

Avant 1978, il existait dix écoles de Taekwondo, dont Moodukkwan, Cheongdokwan, Odokwan, Jeongdokwan, Jidokwan, Songmookwan, Changmookwan, Hanmookwan, Kangdeokwon et Kwonbeopbu. 

Elles ont été intégrées au Kukkiwon après 1978. 

Dans les années 2000,

Le Taekwondo a commencé à ressembler à de l'escrime avec les pieds, au lieu de sa forme originale. 

Suite à divers problèmes avec le Kukkiwon, « 10 écoles reprendront leurs activités. »

C'est pourquoi j'ai également écrit une page d'histoire en tant que président de la branche européenne du World Taekwondo Moodukkwan. Avant tout, je souhaite contribuer au développement des adultes qui stagnent en raison du développement du Taekwondo en tant que sport de compétition.

 

2023년 세계무덕관연맹 프랑스 지회장에서 2025년 6월23일자로 세계태권도무덕관 유럽지회장으로 임명되었습니다.

앞으로 유럽에서 태권도를 수련하는 모든이들에게 작으나마 도움이되고자 이자리에서 최선을 다할것입니다.

태권도의 1978년 이전에는 무덕관, 청도관, 오도관, 정도관, 지도관, 송무관, 창무관, 한무관, 강덕원, 권법부등 10개 관이 있었고,

1978년이후 국기원으로 통합되었습니다.

2000년대에 들어서며 태권도의 경기가 본연의 모습이 아닌 발로하는 팬싱소리를 듣게되며, 또한 국기원의 여러가지 문제점을 통해 “10개관이 다시 활동을 시작하게 됩니다. 

이로인해 본인도 세계태권도무덕관 유럽지회장으로써 한편의 역사를 쓰게 되었습니다.

우선적으로 태권도 경기화로 침체되고있는 성인발전에 기여하고자 합니다.
